Lepas ni, boleh la balik kampung bekerja kat Kota Bharu je.
Tapi, tak tau bila.......selagi BN tak menang, selagi tu takkan ada Terminal Minyak di Kelantan.
Sampai begitu sekali tanggapan, sbb janji sebegitu sudah lama kedengaran.
Kenapa perlu jadi macam tu ?
Patutnya, kita sama-sama membangunkan negara, tanpa mengira latar belakang politik.
Saya tak sokong mana2, saya cuma berharapkan yang negeri Kelantan dapat berkembang maju.
Penat dimomokkan sebagai negeri termiskin di Malaysia disebabkan oleh pemerintahan PAS, padahal masih ada lagi negeri lain di bawah pimpinan BN yang jauh lebih miskin daripada negeri Kelantan.
Kalo berlaku adil dan saksama, tak kisah sapa yang memerintah, pasti leh menjadi maju dan berdaya saing
Saya cuma meminta peluang diberi sama rata.

izuu.. did you know that Federal Govt has no rights untuk gali/ ambil sumber asli di negeri2 di malaysia... it is belongs to the kuasa mutlak pentadbiran negeri..
in this case PAS didnt allow that to happen.. how can Petronas masuk..
btw.. Petronas is GLC company which is certain amount of shares belong to the Federal Govt.. meaning to say.. they have no rights what so ever to drill Kelantan's land.. untill Kelantan Govt gave their consent to do so..
so.. becareful with ur writing.. you should do more reading and understand the wholesome before making assumption

they already drill and take the profit from it. JDA area is located between Malaysia and Thailand which lies in Kelantan's shore. Logically, Kelantan should deserve some royalty as well as Terengganu. Maybe to make it look more pitiful, it can be consider as Wang Ehsan.
I have been to the platform in Cakerawala Field which is located in JDA area and worked there. There are so many new build platforms and i believe, their overall production will beat Terengganu's production.
if federal govt, have to wait for state's consent, macam mana platforms tu dah boleh ada kat situ dan dah start production ? sapa yang bagi consent ? well, i dont want to talk about the law and legislations but out of my curiosity, why they rather build up the pipeline from the field to songkhla and not kota bharu ?
if we are referring to terengganu, sabah and sarawak, all of them have their own oil & gas terminal since they are the producer and it will save a lot in term of transportation cost and maybe any other cost.
but why, kelantan dont have one ? i think, it is the time for an oil and gas terminal to be build in kelantan.
sbb tak dapat consent ? knp tak dapat consent ? mcm mana agreement nyer ? mesti ada term and condition yang tidak menguntungkan.
masa pilihanraya, memang disebut2 akan dibuat terminal minyak di bachok tapi bila kalah, terus senyap sebegitu. jadi bukan kan ada makna disebaliknya
rasanya, selagi kelantan, bukan di bawah BN, selagi itu takkan ada terminal minyak, di kelantan ? well, kalo mcm tu, dah jadi macam political issue.
Tak semua rakyat kelantan tahu, yang negeri Kelantan sebenarnya memiliki simpanan gas yang banyak. macam sengaja disembunyikan. tapi, kalo penemuan gas di sabah, diwar2kan, masuk paper, masuk news. tapi, penemuan di Kelantan, didiamkan saja.
kalo betul2 well developed, tak mustahil, org2 KL pun akan datang berhijrah ke Kelantan

Nayah hey, meh sini we ol cite sikit (sambil membetulkan crown ngan spek), ade sebabnye Joint Development Area dipanggil JDA, itu sebenarnye area yg boundariesnye still under dispute oleh vietnam, thailand and china, ko ingat thailand nak lepas tangan mcm tu, knowing the fact that thailand takde natural resaurce, ko nak malaysia kena serang ngan drag2 ala2 iron ladies dari patpong? so lebih baik bg landing point kat songkla, lg pun malaysia byk dpt benda free dr sana sbb associated production yg tak boleh jual.

Another fact, wildcatting activity dekat area tu mmg bagus sbb korek2 je dpat gas (ala2 kurik2 jubs..opss) tp quality nye tak bagus, banyak CO2! ko hengat boleh ke nak compress natural gas - CO2 rich dlm pipeline, ala2 lima tahun dah meletup sbb corrosion (sambil belek2 buku thermodynamics)
